ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in May 2024 and is a growing team of five focused on building a high-performing, people-first environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong business mindset and results-driven approach into the agency.
I studied Business Management and Economics at Prairie View A&M University, where I also played baseball, and later earned my Masters degree from Texas A&M University. Ive been married for nearly seven years, and we have one son and a dog. I stay actively involved in the community through the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
