SHIFT & HOURS : 1st Shift- Monday- Friday 6AM- 2 : 30PM

Hiring Hourly Rate : $20.66 / Hr.

Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Filler Operator This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with company quality, safety, and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, GMS). Duties include monitoring equipment performance, performing quality checks, documenting production data in RedZone, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, and collaborating with maintenance to minimize downtime.

As a Filler Operator, your essential duties will include :

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment to meet GMP, HACCP, and GMS standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings to maintain throughput and product quality.
• Perform in-process quality checks and promptly escalate any deviations.
• Document production, downtime, and quality data in RedZone accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with site protocols.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to diagnose issues and minimize downtime.

Physical Requirements :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk to communicate and listen effectively. This will require both office and plant-floor environments. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. The employee will occasionally need to operate and drive a forklift or electronic pallet jack to transport materials or goods.

Environmental Concerns :

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Dust and odor are present in the environment.
