Receiving Associate – Sapulpa, OK

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00am–2 : 30pm (Overtime as needed)

Pay : $20 / hr

Job Summary

HireCall is seeking an experienced Receiving Associate for a respected client in Sapulpa. This position is responsible for accurately unloading, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments while keeping inventory organized and up to date. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

2–3 years of receiving or warehouse experience preferred

Strong computer skills with high competency in Microsoft Excel

Forklift and overhead crane experience required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Duties & Responsibilities

Unload deliveries and inspect items for damage or discrepancies

Verify received materials against drawings, packing slips, and purchase orders

Tag, label, store, and organize incoming products

Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems

Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks

Track, document, and report all received materials

Monitor and notify management of low or out-of-stock inventory

Pull inventory for active jobs as needed

Assist with outbound shipments and loading trucks

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and supervisors
