As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional / clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler will be asked to float to PCU & ICU units throughout the facility; with occasional float to Med Surg.

Local Travelers (within 50 miles) are accepted at a 10% reduced bill rate

NBO : 16 hrs

EMR : EPIC

OT / Holiday : 1.15x multiplier

Call Back : 1.15x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

On Call :

Nurse to Patient ratio for ICU : 2 : 1

Nurse to Patient ratio for PCU : 3 : 1

Billable OT :

36-40 hrs / week, OT billable after 40

48 hrs / week, OT billable after 48

2025 Holidays :

Winter holidays : Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)

Limit of 1 day request off between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of previous ICU or PCU RN experience

At least 1 travel contract completed

Must be comfortable floating between ICU, PCU, and Med Surg
