WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Our candidate has a strong customer focus, initiative, and a can-do attitude. We're looking for real team players who can take and receive direction well and accomplish many tasks during one of our action-packed shifts. Whether you're wearing a headset and manning the drive-thru, greeting customers and running the register, preparing menu items, loading stock or keeping the restaurant clean and inviting, your accuracy and attention to detail are qualities that will make you a star player on the Wendy's team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures
• Maintain safe working conditions
• Anticipate and identify problems and help find solutions
• Follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Wendy's manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 14 years old
• High school or high school equivalency diploma preferred
• Willingness to work on your feet
• Up-beat and engaging personality
• Able to lift 20 to 50 pounds to waist level
