Position Available : LPN / LVN - Correctional Clinic

Location : Lambertville, NJ

Schedule : Full-time (40 hours / week)

Shift Options :

• Day : 6 : 45 A.M. - 3 : 00 P.M.
• Evening : 2 : 45 P.M. - 11 : 00 P.M.
• Night : 10 : 45 P.M. - 7 : 00 A.M.

Pay Rate : $32 - $46 / hr (depend on the Shifts )

Requirements :

Job Responsibilities :

A. Ensure client safety and a clean, sanitary environment at all times.

B. Follow all federal, state, and institutional policies and procedures under the direction of the head nurse.

C. Assist in implementing care goals, maintain activity schedules, and collaborate with physicians and care teams.

D. Remain alert to safety concerns and report unusual events immediately.

E. Apply the nursing process in all care activities : assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

F. Administer all medications and treatments with 100% accuracy and promptly report any errors.
