This role involves leading a dedicated team, developing and implementing personalized programs, and fostering an environment that supports residents' dignity, independence, and joy—all while ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Program Development & Innovation\n
• Design and implement innovative, inclusive memory care programs tailored to each resident's cognitive, physical, and emotional needs.\n
• Create meaningful, therapeutic activities that promote engagement, joy, and a sense of belonging—especially during festive seasons.\n
• Leadership & Staff Development\n
• Lead, train, and inspire a caring team of memory care professionals.\n
• Provide ongoing education and mentorship to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.\n

• Collaborate with residents' families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.\n

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Healthcare Administration preferred; RN license in good standing strongly preferred.\n
