First Federal Savings Bank is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll, recruitment, new employee orientation, employee benefits, and other human resources duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Processes biweekly payroll including 401k deposits and tax payments.
- Makes quarterly tax payments.
- Performs all duties related to employee recruitment : screening resumes, phone and in-person interviews, and extending job offers.
- Posts job openings internally and externally.
- Maintains employee records in the iSolved HRM system.
- Conducts new employee orientation.
- Gathers needed information on new hires.
- Facilitates the administration of the 401k program and coordinates newly eligible employees.
- Prepares FMLA documents.
- Assists employees with benefit questions and enrollment.
- Compiles documents for termed employees.
- Coordinates the company-wide wellness program.
- Assembles monthly board packets.
- Maintains Viva Engage posts.
- Organizes Disney points and employee trips.
- Other duties as assigned.
