New employees will be trained on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift when ready. Trainee is considered an entry-level position, with opportunities for additional growth and training in other job classifications in the future.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Steel Process Technician to join our team. As a Steel Process Technician, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the smooth operation of various machinery and equipment. If you have expertise in machining, mechanical knowledge, soldering, sheet metal work, basic math skills, stick welding, pipe threading, forklift operation, press brake machine operation, and experience in plating - we are interested in you!

Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Strong work ethic and dedication, as evidenced by stable prior employment
• Handle and package steel coils and sheets efficiently and safely
• Regularly lift weights up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Utilize hand tools for various tasks related to the production process.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly.

1st Shift Hours are Monday – Friday 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM.

2nd Shift Hours are Monday – Friday 3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM.

Saturdays are scheduled based on need and should be anticipated on a frequent basis.
