Procurement Transformation Lead
Position Summary
The Procurement Transformation Lead will serve as the central coordinator for tariff-related initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting, effective internal communication, and timely execution of mitigation strategies. This role focuses on driving cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Finance, Trade Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders, while collaborating with external suppliers for data aggregation. Tariff mitigation plays a critical role in protecting the company's cost structure and supply continuity amid evolving trade regulations. By proactively identifying and executing mitigation strategies, this role directly contributes to reducing financial risk and unlocking cost savings across the global supply chain.

Act as the primary liaison for tariff-related updates across Procurement teams and other internal stakeholders.
Facilitate information flow between tariff specialists, category managers, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
Consolidate tariff impact data from internal and external sources into actionable reports and dashboards.
Track progress on mitigation initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
Drive execution of tariff-related changes, including process improvements and compliance measures.
Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
Partner with Procurement teams, tariff specialists, Finance, Trade Compliance and Operations to implement tariff strategies and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Support decision-making by providing clear summaries of tariff impacts and recommended actions.
Ensure all tariff-related processes meet internal policy and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes.
Key Performance Indicators
Percent and dollar reduction in tariff exposure
Number of alternate suppliers onboarded
Timeliness of mitigation plan execution

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Supply chain or equivalent in business, or similar field of study (or equivalent experience).
10-12 years of experience in supply chain, preferably direct manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years of project leader experience.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions and levels.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint).
Oracle EBS experience is preferred.
Knowledge of tariff regulations, trade compliance and procurement processes preferred.
Collaborative mindset with experience in stakeholder engagement.
