Job Title: Senior Demand Planner
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We support a leading organization seeking a strategic planner to drive the creation and delivery of top-down financial targets. Our team values analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration to guide commercial decisions and optimize marketplace performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of multi-season operating plans for North America across sport and product dimensions, aligning with broader consumer and product strategies.
• Establish pre-season top-down financial targets, including demand, revenue, margin, and inventory, segmented by gender, sport, and channel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, interpret results, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Identify and recommend cross-sport actions to drive consumer demand, strengthen margins, and improve marketplace inventory health.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum five years’ experience in retail, planning, merchandising, or product management.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and demonstrated comfort with quantitative data analysis.
• Ability to synthesize and interpret market data to assess risks and solve problems in a highly matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
