• Responsibilities
• Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients hair color needs.
• Sanitize tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for hair care products and services.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
• Maintain accurate client records using salon software for appointments, preferences, and service history.
• Experience
• Active licensure in Cosmetology / Hair Design / Barbering from the Oregon HLO
• Familiarity with salon software systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients while providing excellent customer service.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair care.

Pay : $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
