Job Function:

• Position: Full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist need
• Program: Join an innovative pediatric crisis care program
• Role Split: 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient crisis stabilization
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM; no call or weekend shifts required.
• Responsibilities: Provide direct care in unit, manage outpatient follow-up for discharged patients, and coordinate patient flow between ED and outpatient program.
• Teaching & Collaboration: Supervise nursing/ancillary staff and trainees; work with interdisciplinary teams including emergency medicine, pediatrics, psychotherapists, and case managers.

Job Requirement:

• Must be board certified in Psychiatry.
• Must be fellowship in C/A and BE/BC in C/A.
• CT medical license.
• Will consider a new grad C/A fellow or experienced candidate.
