Responsibilities

The Restorative Nurse Aide, in collaboration with a licensed nurse and rehabilitation therapy, delivers restorative nursing care to prevent decline and to attain maximum functionality.

Position Highlights

• Maintain accurate restorative nursing progress documentation records on all patients participating in the restorative program.
• Participate in the patient care planning process.
• Train other direct care staff in restorative techniques, equipment, and the application of splints, braces, prosthetic appliances, and self-help devices to assure proper application and usage.
• Notify nursing and / or rehabilitation therapy of patients who may be experiencing a change in their level of functioning.

Posted Salary Range

USD $16.00 - USD $19.00 / Hr.
