WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Lead business operations for Rodgers’ Greenville, SC office.
- Direct activities focused on increasing market share in the South Carolina Upstate and Western North Carolina.
- Lead and develop existing team while recommending organizational design strategies that support strategic growth initiatives.
- Engage in RFP process and develop operational plan for successful project execution.
- Oversee execution of projects being managed out of the Greenville office.
- Be the ‘face’ for Rodgers in the geographic region.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING :
Experience executing large scale commercial construction projects, preferably in the healthcare, education and industrial space. Experience with pharmaceutical / lab / clean room experience is a plus.Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage key internal and external stakeholders.Experience building, managing and developing high performing teams.Demonstrated ability to create and execute market strategies and annual operating plans.Strong understanding of the Greenville, SC and surrounding markets.BENEFITS :
