Summary

The SaaS Contract Administrator will oversee and execute the lifecycle of customer contracts for our SaaS business from drafting and processing to renewals and amendments. This important role reports to the VP Finance and partners closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal counsel to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and renewed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with the communication and persuasive skills to handle renewal discussions and conversations about pricing with professionalism and tact while reinforcing the value of the product.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management

• Prepare, review, and process SaaS subscription agreements, renewals, addenda, and amendments using HubSpot and PandaDoc.
• Maintain accurate and current contract data across systems and ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate document execution and ensure timely contract completion.
