Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Generative AI technologies

Manage training schedules, metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs

Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and e-learning materials for GenAI tools and projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field; or relevant work experience

2 years of experience working with LLM operations

Minimum of 3 years experience in technical training or adult education

Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and project data types

Proficiency in learning management systems and educational technology
