Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery of technology products for KPMG Emerging Technology products and releases using agile and other product management methodologies; set a tactical plan for the execution of program objectives; ensure development of actionable strategies aligned with firm priorities
• Deliver effective conflict resolution between individuals and teams with an assertive but friendly attitude; provide effective methods and practices for managing and resolving impediments
• Act as an expert in estimation and planning techniques; explain and teach release planning in an empirical environment; clarify differences between various Scrum scaling frameworks and approaches
• Advocate for modern agile software development and organizational practices, such as XP, CI / CD, DevOps, TDD, and more; automate flow of Project Status and facilitate continuous and real-time transparency for effective communication, support and decision making
• Assist with coaching and training individuals, teams, and programs to clarify goals, break anti-patterns and implement plans to achieve stronger results; utilize agile techniques to improve development team efficiency
• Coach product owners on managing a scaled product backlog of epics and features, facilitate decision making with product owners and architects; mentor a product owner in backlog creation, management, and refinement; demonstrate techniques for managing team interruptions and protecting the team in a sprint; work beyond team boundaries to improve efficiencies and value delivered
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
