Summary :
Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead HR transformation initiatives for a large enterprise. The role drives change strategies across HR functions including Talent, Total Rewards, HR Tech, and Communications to ensure adoption and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute change management strategies for HR programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess impacts and drive adoption.
- Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Support digital HR tool deployments (Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Measure and report on adoption, readiness, and engagement.
