International Business Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager (International).

Key Responsibilities

Launch the product in new countries by managing operational research, tooling, and stakeholder coordination

Design scalable tax workflows and build automation-friendly processes for VAT / GST compliance

Own rollouts from inception to scale, including piloting new systems and documenting workflows

Required Qualifications

5+ years in operations at a fintech, SaaS, or compliance-focused startup

2+ years of remote work experience in globally distributed teams

Proven experience in building structured processes in early-stage environments

Familiarity with process automation tools such as Google Sheets and RPA frameworks

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
