Our team specializes in supporting individuals navigating a range of psychiatric conditions, and we're looking for a seasoned Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in a hybrid, flexible contractor role Individual must be willing to travel between multiple locations.

Position Summary :

We are currently seeking two Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with at least 5 years of clinical experience to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to a wide array of patients. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, combining telehealth services with in-person visits

Responsibilities :

• Perform initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.
• Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of mental health disorders in adults and adolescents.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with other providers as needed.
• Provide psychotherapy referrals when appropriate.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms for remote sessions.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
