Accounts Receivable (Billing and Collections) Manager

Location : Conshohocken, PA

Employment Type : Contract

Responsibilities :

Manage specialized billing uploads in ERP System

Create custom reports to support customer invoicing and collections.

Set up new customer profiles in ERP systems to streamline billing.

Collaborate with Finance and Internal teams to implement and document automated billing and collections processes.

Perform monthly invoice analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Follow up with clients regarding payment status and outstanding balances.

Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams related to collections.

Reconcile billing and posting activities.

Interpret and apply management policies and collection practices with discretion.

Represent the company in resolving billing disputes and negotiating settlements.

Develop training materials and guidance for billing and collections operations.

Review and edit reports produced by financial operations support analysts.

Conduct bad debt analysis and reporting.

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer invoicing and collections.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.

Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

Proficient in finance software and ERP systems.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong logic, judgment, and prioritization abilities.

Capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities.

Experience working with large Enterprise / Strategic accounts / customers

Pay Details : $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
