Safely preparing, administering, and documenting all medications used in the health campus.
Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
Verifying that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.
Following health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications.
Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.
Assist residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing / undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
Work with a high quality, collaborative team.
Regional Travel
Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.
Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company's footprint. (Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays!

Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification. (STNA, CNA, SRNA)
Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
At least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
Additional hourly pay premiums for all hours worked!
