Job Summary and Responsibilities

Summary :

The Network Maintenance Technician should be comfortable working in a mission critical environment. This position is responsible for reliable operations on a Telcom network maintaining Service Level Agreements, customer service requests, and responding to abnormal conditions or equipment status alarms. Regular duties will include basic preventive maintenance tasks. The technician is required to execute MOPs and other duties as assigned. They must be a self-starter and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing as required for customer interactions.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Pay Range in the United States : $28 - $35 based upon geography, skills, and experience. May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance
