Job descriptionSwiftly develop a deep understanding of the organization’s integration strategy and vision so that you can lean into complex issues and influence as necessary Partner with Enterprise Data leadership to create, socialize, and deliver our ambitious integration agenda Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes and drive results; Connect dots across multiple leaders to understand and aggregate impacts to the business and other stakeholders Work with key executives and partners to understand areas of need and build efficient and effective operational and communication processes Be data driven as a way to continuously improve operations Establish, maintain and facilitate program standards, practices, and governance. Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports. Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment. Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes Bachelors Degree or military experience At least 4 years of experience in Staff management and training At least 4 years of experience in Organizational development and performance At least 4 years of experience in Budget management At least 4 years of experience in Project or process management Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Organizational Development 6+ years of experience in Project or Process management - Experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage interdisciplinary team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately 5+ years of experience in Communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports 5+ years of experience in Staff management and training 5+ years of experience in Organizational development and performanceCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
