We currently have an opening for a bilingual ( Mandarin / English ) Recruiter in North Brunswick, NJ. The right candidate has prior experience in industry recruitment and can read, write and speak Mandarin and English.

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm with flexibility

Hourly Rate : $25.00 depending on experience

Job Description : Identify, screen, and place higher skilled candidates into temporary or permanent positions at client companies. Attend client meetings with salesperson. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing Candidates : Utilizing various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find qualified candidates.
  • Screening Candidates : Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews (phone, in-person, or virtual), and assessing candidates' skills and experience.
  • Matching Candidates to Jobs : Identifying suitable job openings for candidates based on their qualifications and preferences.
  • Managing Client Relationships : Maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing updates on the recruitment process.
  • Negotiating Offers : Facilitating the negotiation of job offers between candidates and clients.
  • Maintaining Candidate Pipelines : Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Skills Required :

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
