Salary & Relocation

Salary Range : $73,394.83 - $112,102.00 (based on experience)

Relocation Assistance may be available for full-time Paramedics. Inquire within!

Your Responsibilities

  • Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols.
  • Utilize your skills with medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones, providing reassurance and information about the care being given.
  • Act as the team leader, taking responsibility for scene and unit management as needed.
  • Drive the ambulance during 911 responses.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in community programs to enhance AMR's image and build strong community relations.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • State Paramedic License.
  • State Driver’s License.
  • BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications.
  • Driving record in compliance with company policy.
  • Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test.
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
