Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience for a part-time role in pain management.

• Must be licensed and in good standing in VA, with an active DEA.
• Requires travel between Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA, with relocation to Suffolk before starting.
• Responsibilities include diagnosing, developing treatment plans, ordering / interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and patient education, with a compassionate approach.
• Admin tasks involve thorough documentation and patient communication.
• Must adhere to licensing, safety, and compliance standards.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred; malpractice insurance provided.
