Job descriptionEstablish and refine project governance, methodologies, and reporting frameworks to drive consistency. Develop and implement best practices, templates, and tools to enhance project efficiency. Support leadership in resource planning and risk management. Monitor and report on project performance metrics for the team. Lead and mentor a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Develop individual growth plans for project delivery team to support employee development and career advancement Partner with leadership to identify and address process gaps that impact project delivery. Drive continuous improvement efforts, ensuring agility and adaptability in project execution. 10+ years of experience in program / project management, with a focus on e-commerce implementations. Proven experience leading large,b2b complex projects and managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of PMO principles, governance, and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to balance strategy and execution, with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Delivery Management Leader
Smith is seeking a Delivery Management Leader to drive the successful execution of client projects, develop our project management team and shape and enhance our project management framework. In this role, you will play a key role as leader of our project management team, act as a program manager on several key / complex projects, be a strategic advisor to leadership, ensure strategic alignment across initiatives and ensure establish best practices are in place.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale e-commerce implementation projects for B2B clients, supporting the project management and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Ensure delivery of projects are in alignment with requirements and scope while managing budgets and timelines.
- Liase with Account Directors and Project Managers to ensure strong relationships with the client and trust in the team leads to opportunities for growth
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring smooth execution.
