Position Details

  • Hourly Pay Rate : $55-$93 (Based on Experience and level)

Kelly Engineering seeks skilled Process Engineers to join our client's team, a leading global chemical manufacturer committed to sustainability. This is a thrilling opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Lead Process Engineer Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing process or equipment issues, leading solution implementation.
  • Enhance process capability, maintain quality standards, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Review systems, recommend improvements, and perform data analysis to optimize processes.
  • Ensure equipment functionality, utilize simulation software, and uphold safety and operational standards.
  • Collaborate across departments, mentor junior engineers, and oversee activities of lower-level engineers.
  • Participate in project planning, safety evaluations, and process technology updates.
  • Qualifications for Lead Process Engineer

  • 10-15 years' experience in large petrochemical operations, including ethylene and MEG plants.
  • Expertise in plant safety, environmental regulations, and process optimization.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; PE certification is advantageous.
  • Process Engineer I & II Responsibilities

  • Design process flows, develop project controls, and oversee equipment installation and testing.
  • Conduct process testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and compliance.
  • Qualifications for Process Engineer I & II

  • Over 5 years' experience in chemical plant operations, with familiarity in ethylene or monomer production preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, health, environmental standards, and engineering documentation.
  • Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering; certifications such as PE or Six Sigma are preferred.
