Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation (UK).

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Implementation Consultants in launching and deploying newly sold customers

Collaborate with Sales to ensure deals are scoped and launched effectively, maintaining transparent communication

Gather and report insights on the customer lifecycle, using data to inform resource allocation and deal pacing decisions

Required Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience in implementing ecommerce and / or marketing SaaS technology

1 - 3 years of experience managing Implementation teams or demonstrated leadership experience

Ability to collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver well-architected solutions

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated approach to achieving goals

Personable with a passion for coaching and developing employees
