Principal Agent Foundry Product Manager

As Principal Agent Foundry Product Manager at Epicor, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of AI-powered agents that solve customers' most complex challenges. You will work closely with customersboth on-site and virtuallyto validate high-impact use cases and bring innovative agentic solutions to market. You will be responsible for shaping our long-term roadmap across LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI user experience. We are seeking applicants with a visionary mindset, deep technical acumen in AI, and a passion for customer-centered product innovation.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI agents, ensuring alignment with customer needs and emerging technology trends
• Lead cross-functional teams to validate use cases, prototype solutions, and deliver high-impact AI products
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI product portfoliosfrom ideation through launch and iterative improvement
• Prioritize enhancements and customer requests to maximize product ROI and market differentiation
• Evaluate pricing strategies using customer value and ROI analysis to support scalable growth
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including beta programs, sales enablement, and reference materials
• Facilitate customer advisory meetings to gather insights and validate product direction

Range : Minimum : $80,000 USD Maximum : $220,000 USD
