Job descriptionLead the end-to-end UX / UI design of our web applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Manage and mentor a talented in-house Design Team, driving creative excellence and growth. Oversee the creation of UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to bring product visions to life. Provide expert feedback and direction on visual designs, interaction patterns, and user flows. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align design goals with business objectives. Proven experience in UX / UI design leadership, with at least 5 years in roles such as UX / UI Designer, Web Designer, or Design Manager. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow creative teams, including performance reviews and goal setting. Deep knowledge of user-centered design, usability best practices, and modern design systems. Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools for wireframing and prototyping). Experience with front-end collaboration tools like React and Storybook is a strong plus. A passion for great design and a portfolio that reflects your ability to turn ideas into impactful experiences.
