Job description

Financial Manager

The Financial Manager leads a team of analysts providing financial management support to DISA. Responsibilities include overseeing budget formulation and execution, ensuring compliance with DoD financial regulations, and presenting financial analyses to senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead financial and budget analysts in support of PPBE, POM, BES, and President's Budget.
  • Oversee reconciliation, spend plan development, and financial reporting.
  • Interface with senior leadership, providing recommendations and financial insights.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 12+ years in financial management, with emphasis on DoD or federal programs.
  • DoD FM Level III certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Experience with DISA systems (FAMIS, DFMS, Financial Dashboard, DBS) highly desirable.
  • Active Secret clearance (TS / SCI preferred).
