The role involves managing admissions, rounding on patients, and performing various procedures while collaborating with other physicians on staff. This opportunity requires board certification, an active medical license in Missouri, and experience with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC.

Start Date : ASAP

Coverage Needs Details :

  • In-patient Setting
  • Nights Only
  • 10-14 days / month (Including weekends so there is not a break in coverage)
  • 7 on / 7 off schedule (7pm to 7am shifts)

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be board certified and have an active MO license
  • Covid vaccination required

    • Job Details

  • Practice Setting : In-patient / ICU / Rounding / Admitting / Central Line / Intubation / Paracentesis / Thoracentesis
  • Provider will not work solo. Other physicians on staff for support. No admission privileges.
  • Average Patients per shift : Admissions 8-10, 5-6 in-patient, 40 areas of rounding (Med-surg, ICU)
  • Number of Beds in ICU : 6
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Credentialing Timeframe : 2-4 months

    • Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $220 / hr.
