Intermediate / PCU level of care experience 1 year

If only Med / Surg experience with some PCU 2 years

Beds : 12

Trauma Level 2 Trauma patients Neuro Strokes, stable Craniotomies (Coils or Clips), CIWA, seizure precautions Medical / Surgical Respiratory illnesses (COVID / Flu / Pneumonia), Long term trachs with vents, Respiratory Failure requiring Bipap or High Flow O2, COPD exacerbation, post-op General Surgery, Sepsis, IVDA, Thyroid storm

Patient Types : Cardiac - STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, AFIB with RVR, s / p Cardiac Cath, s / p Ablation, 24h post op TAVR Patient Ratios :

RN : 1 : 3-4 (Days Nights)

Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS AACCN (preferred); CCRN (preferred)
