This is a hybrid position designed for professionals who value both flexibility and connection; typically three days in-office two remote.

The Impact Youll Make

In this role youll be an essential partner in ensuring financial accuracy and operational clarity across the companys upstream portfolio. Youll work alongside leaders in land engineering and operations to help shape decisions that move the business forward.

Your responsibilities will include :

Managing full-cycle accounting for wells assets and joint interest operations

Month-end close : journal entries accruals reconciliations and reporting

Revenue JIB and production accounting within an upstream environment

Conducting AFE LOE and variance analyses to support operational insights

Collaborating with internal teams to improve transparency processes and workflow efficiencies

Supporting leadership in forecasting reporting and strategic initiatives

What You Bring

Youre a strong fit if youre confident in the upstream accounting landscape and ready to contribute at a high level.

Qualifications :

3 years of upstream oil and gas accounting experience

Strong competency in revenue JIB production accounting or a blend of these

Experience with industry systems such as Enertia Quorum BOLO W Energy or similar

Strong analytical organizational and communication skills

Ability to work seamlessly across departments and thrive in a collaborative culture
