As the Qualifier, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations meet regulatory standards, overseeing permit pulling and inspections, and providing expert technical guidance. Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the company's Master License HVAC Technician Qualifier, ensuring all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Pull permits and manage the permitting process for HVAC projects.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Collaborate closely with the business owner to develop and execute strategies for growth.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to HVAC team members.
• Assist in creating and implementing operational and safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex HVAC issues on a variety of residential and commercial systems.
• Represent the company in interactions with clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
