Recruiter Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Allenton, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle, with a particular focus on CDL-A driver recruitment.

Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed

Qualifications :

Schedule : Full-time, onsite in Allenton, WI

Compensation : $25$29 per hour, depending on experience
