At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community based services.

As an Operations Mangager, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of the program's physical environment, ensuring it is safe, accessible.. They manage staff, schedule services, perform inspections, and maintain records to comply with federal regulations and support the delivery of high-quality Head Start services.

Education & Experience

• Caring, upbeat personality.
• An Associate or Bachelor's in related field.
• Minimum High school Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Regulations : Familiarity with Head Start Performance Standards, NYC DOHMH, FDNY, OSHA, ADA, and other applicable federal, state, local building codes and requirements.
• Knowledge of ECE systems including HS / EHS and DOE facilities and operations.
