Compensation : $45,000-$60,000 base salary + $10,000-$20,000 in incentives (Total Comp : $55,000-$80,000)

Schedule : Hybrid (in-office and remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide accurate insurance quotes and present tailored coverage options.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with attention to compliance.
• Utilize agency software systems including Epic, Quote Rush, Citizens Insurance (Easylinks), RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
• Represent the agency at client meetings and community events with a professional demeanor.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and client retention goals.
