Position Description

Support Business Line Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) stewardship processes and portfolio analysis. Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate business performance. Support the SSHE Supervisor and Operations Supervisor in managing the SSHE program, as directed by the Program Leads. Coordinate a variety of activities such as on-site safety stewardship, technology based trainings, and professionally set expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) training on safety procedure, practices for the locations as well as contractors
• Implementing the safety plan including stewardship expectations, software data integrity, and reporting information
• Develop safety communication plan to employees and contractors
• Review Contractor safety plans and procedures
• Report and Discuss risk analysis of specific jobs
• Implement the safety program
• Compile SHE statistics

Local to Carlsbad, NM

Pay : $50 / hr (1099)

Job Type : Contract (1099)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, with rotating on call requirement, approximately 50-55 hrs / week
