Quality Operations Associate

A company is looking for an Operations Associate, Credentialing Special Projects (Quality).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed audits of credentialing, enrollment, and special projects to ensure compliance and efficiency

Validate new processes and automations before launch, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements

Create structured reports, recommend solutions, and monitor implementation progress to ensure accountability

Required Qualifications

2+ years of QA, auditing, or operations analysis experience in healthcare, ideally within credentialing and enrollment

Strong understanding of healthcare provider onboarding, credentialing, and payor operations

Experience applying structured process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred)

Technical aptitude with tools like HubSpot, Jira, or Workato
