As part of our mission to empower adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders, you'll provide invaluable in-home and in-community support.

Schedule : While most client work occurs during regular daytime hours (9 AM–4 PM), we’re currently serving a client who schedules meetings later in the day. We’re looking for someone who can work flexibly within a 10 AM–6 PM timeframe to meet current and future client needs.

Essential Duties :

• Support individuals in learning, maintaining, or improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
• Aid individuals in completing housing applications and accessing government assistance programs.
• Help with monthly budgeting and effective household management for daily necessities.
• Implement support strategies to achieve the individual's personalized goals!
• Submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!
