Chiropractic Assistant

Busy Integrative Medicine office in Annapolis in search of a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant or Medical assistant who wants to learn a new skill set, with good communication skills, dependable, well organized, hard working and loves helping people to assist Chiropractor.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing essential support to chiropractors and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. With core skills in patient service, physiology knowledge, and medical terminology, you will assist in patient assessments, intake procedures, and maintaining accurate records. Possessing a Chiropractic License and strong communication skills, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care to patients. Your anatomy knowledge will further enhance your ability to support chiropractic treatments effectively. Join our team and contribute to improving the health and well-being of our patients.

This is a full time position with benefits. Experienced preferred but we will train the right person.

Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Managing patient flow in the treatment area.
• Therapy application per Doctor's instructions and order (exercise, traction & home instruction
and DME disbursement)
• Taking and recording of patient's vitals: temperature, weight and blood pressure
• Checking, maintaining, ordering and restocking inventory of product and office supplies
• Assist patients with exercise form and technique
• Maintain therapy area and treatment room
• Filing
• Data Entry
