As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of events, from logistics and vendor coordination to post-event lead follow-up. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, to ensure seamless execution and maximize event ROI. Responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute events that support revenue goals and business objectives.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-site details for events.
• Utilize event management tools for registration, email communications, and attendee tracking.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enable effective lead capture and follow-up.

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event marketing or event coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management platforms and tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and messaging consistency.

Preferred:

• Experience in technology or B2B marketing environments.
• Familiarity with revenue-driven marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
