Job description

Position : Mobile Phlebotomist for Insurance Exams

Location : Fresno, Madera, Tulare, and Kings Counties

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist to perform mobile insurance exams across Fresno, Madera, Tulare, and Kings Counties. This role involves traveling to clients' locations to perform phlebotomy and other basic medical examinations, playing a key role in the insurance application process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform blood draws and other medical procedures with precision and professionalism.
  • Record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage your schedule to complete 20-30 exams per week.
  • Travel between counties using your own reliable vehicle.

Requirements :

  • Must hold a current CPT1 certification in the state of California (required).
  • Proficiency in drawing blood with minimal complications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong are highly desirable.
  • Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.

    • Experience :

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting (required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.

    • License :

  • Current CPT1 certification (required).

    • Schedule :

  • Flexible, based on workload, with exams scheduled primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability as needed.

    • Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
