What you will Do-

• Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, collaborating with senior leaders to drive innovation and excellence.

• Provide clinical care within your specialty area, including direct patient management responsibilities.

• Champion academic excellence by fostering research, education, and training programs.

• Inspire brilliance and innovation in care models that address the unique needs of Veterans.

• Guide interdisciplinary teams with a focus on compassion, collaboration, and results.

Preferred Experience for the Ideal Candidate- Proven record of clinical, academic, research, and administrative experience fostering inter-institutional relationships in an academic setting along with proven managerial skills in a health care environment. A visionary leader who thrives in complexity and inspires teams to achieve their best. Passion for innovation, Veteran-centered care, and continuous improvement.

Competitive Starting Annual Salary: $250,000-$375,000. Additionally, employees may be eligible to receive up to $15,000 in performance-based pay annually. Furthermore, employees can qualify for Proficiency Awards, which are available in addition to Pay for Performance incentives. Regular salary reviews will occur every two years, and all employees will receive cost-of-living adjustments annually
