Job descriptionNational certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. NYS licensure, BLS certification, and DEA registration. Competitive salary range : $104,040 – $130,000. Sign‑on bonus up to $50,000. Hospital‑employed model with supportive transition and malpractice coverage. Overview
Clinic‑based, 100% outpatient neurology practice in a collaborative environment. Predictable, no‑call schedule with a 4‑day work week and protected holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurology care to outpatients with conditions such as post‑stroke, headache, seizure disorders, neuropathies, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.
- Assist with inpatient follow‑up and perform procedures including lumbar puncture and Botox injections.
- Collaborate closely with attending neurologists and a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
