Position Overview

The Senior Construction Administrator will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they adhere to design specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role requires a strong background in architecture and administration, with a focus on educational facilities, particularly K12 and PreK environments. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and educational authorities, to facilitate effective communication and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the construction administration process for K12 and PreK projects.
• Review and ensure compliance with architectural designs and specifications throughout the construction phase.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any project issues or changes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Assist in budget management and cost control for construction projects.
• Facilitate communication between various project teams and provide updates to stakeholders.
